My Shop
I started my own business when I opened a small shop in my local town. This was great fun because it gave me the chance to meet lots of nice people who lived near me but I had not had the chance to meet before. I used to love working in my shop because no two days were ever the same. Net Curtains
I once had a job where I worked from home making net curtains. The nets were brought to me on a big roll and I was given sizes and instructions on how the customer wanted her net curtains to be made. The nets were supplied by a local firm who sold nets to their customers.
Collecting Antiques
As well as all my other interests, I have for some time now, been interested in antiques and collectables. I have built up a very small collection of antiques but I do not have anything really valuable and I use the antiques and collectable that I own to help me learn which ones will make me some money if I decide to sell them in the future. When I see something antique or collectable for sale, I always do some research on it to find out if it would be worth buying or not.
